Lie To Him is a 12-page solo roleplaying zine about deception.
Pull cards from a tarot deck to select from over forty minimalist, open-ended prompts, guiding you to build your own narrative based on what they suggest. A wooden block tower tracks your dishonesty - the longer your story becomes, the more risk of it all falling apart.
The details of the situation are up to you. The lies you tell are up to you. There is only one constant: you must lie to him.

Purchase of this game includes a digital PDF of the full zine, and a plain text PDF for accessibility. You will also get free access to the Lie To Him mobile app, which makes it possible to play through the game without physical tarot cards or a wooden block tower.
The demo version available for free on this page is the original ashcan created for the Standing Ovation TTRPG jam and is formatted as a simple text document with no design elements. The major arcana prompts are incomplete and there are some errors and some unbalanced elements.
